What is Fit & Focus?

Fit & Focus is a 90 day program designed to help you feel more energized, stronger, and motivated in just 3 months. The program includes:

  • Small group of 6 women
  • Weekly workout templates to train at home
  • 1 to 1 Mitt work for each class
  • Weekly affirmations
  • Mid-week check ins from you coach!

Is this the right class for me?

The Fit and Focus program is for beginner and intermediate level boxers. If you have zero boxing experience, this is the class for you! If you have learned the basics and want to elevate your skills in a female centered environment, this is the class for you!

No boxing gear needed! Just a towel and water are recommended.
