What is the Box and Breathe Bootcamp?

The Box and Breathe Bootcamp is a 90-minute in person bootcamp where you'll learn technical boxing skills, engage in partner drills, and end with an instructor led breath work session. You'll get:

  • Individualized attention
  • To train among a group of 8 women maximum
  • 1 to 1 mitt work included

Is this the right class for me?

The Box and Breathe Bootcamp is for beginner and intermediate level boxers. If you have zero boxing experience, this is the class for you! If you have learned the basics and want to elevate your skills in a female centered environment, this is the class for you!

No boxing gear needed! Just a towel and water are recommended.

How do I sign up?

Click on the Bootcamp Sign Up link. Add the bootcamp to your cart. After submitting your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email as well as an invitation email to the Bootcamp!
